Janakpurdham, June 19: Chief Minister of Madhesh Krishna Prasad Yadav has said that regular yoga practice is necessary for human health.
At a yoga program organized at the Janaki Temple premises here this morning on the occasion of International Yoga Day, he emphasized that yoga education should be mandatory as yoga practice keeps humans healthy.
Stating that humans should practice yoga for an hour daily to stay healthy, Chief Minister Yadav opined that humans should practice yoga daily to stay healthy despite their busy schedules. Along with health, practicing yoga will also change our thinking and ideas.
Madhesh Province Assembly Speaker Ram Ashish Yadav emphasized that regular yoga practice is necessary to stay healthy and called to spread the education of yoga practice to the community level.
Provincial government ministers, members of the provincial assembly, and Janakpurdham Sub-metropolitan City Mayor Manoj Kumar Chaudhary, among others, were present at the yoga practice program organized by the Patanjali Yoga Committee Madhes Province Committee.
