Kathmandu: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) will be participating in the present Prachanda-led government.
The meeting of the central committee held on Wednesday decided to join the government.
The RPP was undecided over joining the present Prachanda led government, though it had already signed on an agreement to support the government.
However, the RPP decided to join the government after the majority of the leaders who participated in today’s meeting suggested that they should join the government.
The RPP leaders have raised two issues as a precondition to join the government. RPP has demanded that the present government must decide “Prithvi Jayanti as national day and public holiday for that day.”
