Ruling coalition parties to seek a vote of confidence from all parties



Kathmandu: The meeting of the top leaders of the ruling party in Baluwatar has ended on Sunday evening.

The meeting held at Baluwatar, the official residence of the Prime Minister, has decided to seek a vote of confidence from all the parties in the Parliament. Also, the meeting has decided to finalize the Common Minimum Program (CMP) of the ruling partner parties for running the government. The meeting also decided to make the CMP public soon.

In the meeting, the power sharing package was also discussed between the parties at the federal and provincial levels. The meeting also decided that the basic agreement about power sharing and the agreement at the top level will be made public soon.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli, Home Minister and Chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Rabi Lamichhane, Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Rajendra Lingden, Janata Samajwadi Party Chairman Upendra Yadav and Janamat Party Chairman CK Raut participated in the meeting.
