Bajura, Jan 18: Maina Joshi, the vice-chairperson of Swami Katik Khapar rural municipality in Bajura district, passed away this morning. She was 50.
Ailing from cancer for long, Joshi died at her house at Swami Kartik Khapar rural municipality-4, said the rural municipality chairperson Bharat Bahadur Rokaya. She was elected the rural municipality vice-chair from the Nepali Congress in the local election held in May 2022.
She was also the Nepali Congress Bajura district working committee member. RSS
