Seven more COVID patients die in Banke and Dhangadhi

NEPALGUNJ: Four more coronavirus infected patients have died in Banke district. Three men and a woman between the ages of 27 and 55 died on Saturday. Three of the dead were undergoing treatment at Nepalgunj Medical College and one at an isolation center.

The deceased has been identified as a 27-year-old man of Rajapur Municipality-2, Bardiya. He was admitted to Nepalgunj Medical College, Kohalpur after a RT-PCR test confirmed COVID-19 infection. He died at 5:30 pm today, according to the hospital.

Similarly, a 40-year-old man of Baijnath Rural Municipality-2, Banke died at Nepalgunj Medical College. He was admitted to the hospital. He was confirmed to have COVID in a RT-PCR test.

Likewise, a 55-year-old man died in isolation of Janak Education Materials Center.

Three more COVID infected in Kanchanpur die

KAILALI: Three more COVID infected people have died in Kanchanpur. They died at Mahakali Hospital and Kailali Hospital in Dhangadhi last night.

Dr. Govind Rokaya, a focal person at Mahakali Hospital, said that a 48-year-old man from Bhimdutta Municipality-18 and a 55-year-old woman from Bhimdatta Municipality-7 died while undergoing treatment on a ventilator.
