Kathmandu, Oct 28: The Judicial Council has decided to recommend Judge Ram Prasad Sharma of the Kathmandu District Court as the Chair of the Consumer Court and Gehendra Raj Regmi of the Judicial Service Commission as a member.
Now, the government will appoint them Chair and Member to the Court.
The Cabinet will appoint one additional member from the administration sector. #consumer #court #nepal
