Jumla, Oct 25 : Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun has said that the Sinja valley was the origin of Nepali culture, language and civilization.

While inaugurating the Sinja festival organized at Kanakasundari rural municipality here today, Vice President Pun urged all to unite for the holistic development of the Sinja valley.

He argued that the Sinja was in the high priority list of the federal government.

He also shared that the federal and state governments have forwarded the Khas museum construction bid aimed at protecting the Khas culture and civilization.

He also committed to initiate to run the MBBS classes in Karnali Academy of Health Sciences.

Speaking in the same programme, Chief Minister at the Karnali State Mahendra Bahadur Shashi argued that with the construction of the museum, the culture, language and civilization of Khas would be protected.

He also stressed on developing the infrastructures in coordination with federal government.
