Gaindakot, Nov 12: Six people were killed when a jeep they were travelling in met with an accident at Devchuli Municipality-9, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East) today.
The six passengers died instantaneously when the jeep (Lu 1 Ja 3270) on its way towards Daldale Bazaar from Majhdanda of Baudikali rural municipality met an accident at Goreghumti, Devchuli Municipality-9, the District Police Office, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East) said.
A passenger has sustained injuries in the mishap. The names and addresses of the deceased are not yet ascertained.
The jeep veered off the road and slammed into a house on the roadside, it is said.
