Rampur (Palpa), Oct 22: At least six people died on the spot in a jeep accident that took place at Baikunthe along the Ranimahal road section.
The accident occurred while the jeep was on the way to Ranimahal from Palpa district headquarters Tansen, said the District Police Office.
The jeep (Bagmati Province 7209) met with the accident at around 5.00 pm on Sunday.
Further investigation into the incident is underway, police informed. The deceased are yet to be identified.
Police personnel have reached the accident spot to rescue the passengers.RSS
