Kathmandu, June 13: Dr. Sujan Kadel has been elected as the president of the All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU), the student wing close to the CPN-UML, defeating his rival Prakash Paudel by a narrow margin of just seven votes.
Kadel secured 732 votes, narrowly surpassing Paudel who garnered 725 votes.
