KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court has issued a stay order asking the government not to sack member secretary of National Sports Council, Ramesh Silwal.
A single bench of Justice Hari Prasad Fuyal issued the interlocutory order not to implement the dismissal of member secretary Silwal.
With the dismissal, the government had appointed Tanka Ghishing in the post.
The court has further summoned both sides for discussion on December 27.
