Jumla, March 2: There are 925 temporary voters- those having original constituencies in other districts- in the mountainous district, Jumla. For such voters, the local authority has managed two voting centres in the district, according to election officer Dipendra Kandel. The temporary voters are the civil employees, prisoners and inmates,
