Kathmandu: The Secretariat meeting of the Nepal Communist party (NCP) has decided to make party's vice-chair Bamdev Gautam as National assembly member. The meeting held at the official residence of the Prime Minister at Baluwatar on Wednesday took the decision in this regard, said Spokesperson of the NCP, Narayankaji Shrestha.
