Kathmandu, Oct 6: President Ramchandra Paudel has appointed Prakashman Singh Raut as the Chief Justice. The President has today appointed the senior most justice of the Supreme Court Prakashman Singh Raut as the Chief Justice of Nepal on the recommendation of the Constitutional Council and in accordance with Article 129
