Dr Devkota promoted as health secretary

Kathmandu, March 6: The government has decided to promote Dr Bikas Devkota to the Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Population. A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on March 5 took the decision to promote him to the post. Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population
