Lalitpur, Jan 4: Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Dhanraj Gurung said the State should adequately protect and incentivize each entrepreneur. Inaugurating the 7th Annual General Meeting of the Nepal National Federation of Party Palace and Catering Entrepreneurs in Lalitpur on Thursday, Minister Gurung assured that the State would
