Kathmandu, June 19: The District Court Kathmandu has allowed to withdraw the charge sheet against Rastriya Swatantra Party President Rabi Lamichhane on organized crime. A single bench of Judge Atmadev Joshi today issued the order to withdraw the case in connection with the organized crime related charges against President Lamichhane.
