Kathmandu, March 20: Different areas in the Kathmandu Valley have witnessed heavy traffic following the rain occurred since late afternoon today. The traffic authorities have shared that they have faced challenges in traffic management. The Superintendent of Police of the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, Naresh Raj Subedi, said that
