Surkhet, Dec 24: Chief Minister of Karnali Province, Yam Lal Kandel, has demanded the federal government to build an environment conducive for operating highways in Karnali Province round the clock. At a Karnali Province-level Security Seminar, he shared that transport service at night was not possible along the Karnali Highway.
