Doti, Nov 19: A jeep accident in Doti has resulted in the deaths of two people and nine passengers injured.
The jeep, which was traveling from Daiji in Kanchanpur to Parshuram Municipality, met with an accident at Lipna, on the Daiji-Jogbudha road section in Parshuram Municipality-9. The two deceased are women.
According to the Jogbudha Area Police Office, the jeep (Lu 1 J 4579) skidded nearly 30 meters off the road.
Nine people were injured in the incident. Among them, four in critical condition have been transferred to hospitals in Dhangadhi for treatment, police said.
The police have yet to confirm the identities of the deceased and the injured. Further details about the accident are awaited. #accident #nepal
