Palpa, Feb 19: Two persons – driver and assistant driver died on the spot in a tipper accident at Arthokgha Rahabas of Mathagadhi rural municipality-5 along the Rahabas Khaireni road section in Palpa district today.
The accident took place when a tipper (Lu 2 Kha 561) en route to Mathagadhi rural municipality-5, Dhamika from Khaireni of Rupandehi district, according to the District Police Office (DPO), Palpa.
The deceased have been identified as Pradeep Kumal, 24, of Tilottama municipality-16 and Manish Pariyar, 18, from the same place. Kumal was the driver while Pariyar was the assistant driver of the tipper, said Superintendent of Police (SP) Suganda Shrestha at the DPO, Palpa.
The cause of the accident could not be ascertained yet, said police. #Nepal
