Nepali allowed entering the UAE from today

KATHMANDU: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has opened the entry for Nepalis who have been vaccinated against Covid-19.

The UAE has opened the entry with effect from today (Thursday), according to the Nepali Embassy in Abu Dhabi.

Similarly, a 48-hour RT-PCR negative report has been made mandatory for persons with UAE visa but not vaccinated.

People working in UAE government bodies, health workers at UAE, teachers of schools and universities, people undergoing treatment in UAE, people with special humanitarian conditions will be admitted in UAE.

They will have to get permission from the UAE government. The embassy said that those entering the UAE should undergo rapid tests at Nepal’s airports, RT-PCR tests after landing at UAE airports and other health protocols including quarantine.
