Kathmandu, Feb 12: The Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation has invited the “Swargadwari Guthi Victims and Tenant Farmers’ Struggle Committee” for a dialogue to resolve the pertaining issue.
Joint Secretary and Spokesperson of the Ministry, Ganesh Prasad Bhatta, issued a press release inviting the Swargadwari Guthi Victims and Tenant Farmers who are protesting at Maitighar in Kathmandu for talks.
The Ministry has already taken necessary action to implement the agreements reached in the past and is now inviting the agitating side to come for talks in order to address the issues through dialogue.
A three-member talks committee has been formed under the coordination of Joint Secretary Madan Koirala. Under Secretary Mahendra Prasad Sankhi and Legal Officer of the Guthi Sansthan, Janak Pokharel are members of the committee. #nepal #talks #guthi
