Earthquake tremors felt in Sindhupalchok

Kathmandu, Sept 3: An earthquake of magnitude 4.0 struck Sindhupalchok district, with its epicenter located around Taramarang, at 11:23 PM on Tuesday night, according to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center. Tremors were also felt in neighboring districts.

Earlier the same day, a magnitude 4.0 quake hit Ajikot-3, Hanshpur of Gorkha at 6:15 AM, while another magnitude 4.1 quake occurred at 3:13 PM with its epicenter in Lapilang of Dolakha, the Center confirmed.
