Community-based Disease Surveillance Guideline, 2082 issued

Kathmandu, Jan 2: The Ministry of Health and Population has issued the Community-based Disease Surveillance Guideline, 2082. The Guideline issued today by the Health Ministry was approved by ministry-level meeting on November 30, 2025. It is expected that the guideline would play significant role in early detection and timely reporting
