Kathmandu, July 19: Experts participating in theoretical discussion on 'Water Resources Bill' in the meeting of the Committee on Legislative Management on Friday pointed out the need of amendment to the Bill. On the occasion, former Chairperson of Nepal Law Commission, Madhav Poudel, commented that the Bill was not in
