People entering Nepal are under surveillance, with a brief health check-up conducted on passengers of trains entering Nepal.
The Parsa district health crisis management committee meeting held on May 29 decided to enhance health check-ups at the border area to prevent the spread of disease.
Mayor of Birgunj Metropolitan City, Rajesh Man Singh, inspected the health desk at the border and instructed officials to remain vigilant. “With the rising number of Covid cases in the neighboring country, we are taking preventive measures and ensuring the effectiveness of the health desk at the border,” he informed. #nepal #covid #surveilance
