Barahathawa, May 4: The fire victims of Barauddyorad village from Bishnu rural municipality in Sarlahi district have been provided relief materials.
The Armed Police Force’s base camp distributed the relief materials organizing a programme today. The APF provided the supports to 50 households which survived the fire incident.
Deputy Inspector General, Dipendra Shah, Chief of Chhinnamasta Brigade, Mahottari, handed over the relief materials such as blanket, bed sheets, plates, glasses, and water bottles among others.
On the occasion, Chairperson of Bishnu rural municipality, Jawahar Lal Ray Yadav, extended gratitude to the APF for extending support to those living at dire need.
Yadav also lauded the role the APF played for the border and disaster management.
The event was also attended by Superintendent of APF in Sarlahi, Binod Raj Khanal, Chairperson of Balara municipality-1, and Bikau Thakur, among others.
