Kathmandu, Sept 9: The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), the cricket governing body of Nepal, has announced a 16 member squad for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2.
According to Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), the triangular series will be played in Canada from September 16 to 24. All the matches will be played at King City, Ontario.
Nepali team includes Rohit Paudel (Captain), Asif Sheikh, Arjun Saud, Bhim Sarki, Kushal Malla, Sompal Kami, Karan K.C., Gulshan Jha, Sandeep Lamichhane, Dipendra Singh Airee, Lalit Rajbanshi, Anil Shah, Rijan Dhakal, Kushal Bhurtel, Aarif Seikh and Dev Khanal (Travelling Reserve).
Nepal will face against Canada on Sept 16 while second match will be played against Oman on Sept 18. Likewise, third match will be played against Canada on Sept 22 and fourth against Oman on Sept 24.
Meanwhile, Nepali national team visited India and Sri Lanka as part of the training and gaining experience. #cricket #nepal
