Karnali, March 3: General Secretary of Nepal Communist Party, Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav), has stressed the need to connect politics with economic revolution for what he said advancing towards the country’s prosperity.
Speaking at a press meet organised by the party in Surkhet of Birendranagar today, he said the building of a self-sufficient nation through agricultural and economic revolution should be the major political agenda.
The leader who arrived here in course of attending the party’s month-long campaign for production said the country’s transformation is never possible by leaders who are ‘fluent of all talk and no action ‘.
“Access to materialistic comfort sans production is either corruption or exploitation, and there is no alternative for us to engaging in production. The nation could never be prosperous through foreign aid or loans,” he said.
Underlining the need of promoting apple farming and other agricultural activities in Karnali, he argued that public sentiments are that Maoists should be united.#nepal #political #rss
