Kathmandu, Jan 7: Chief Justice (CJ) Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha asserted that it is imperative to ensure everyone’s access to justice.
Unveiling the collection of some important verdicts related to labour at Supreme Court on Sunday, CJ Shrestha, however, assured that the court was effortful to ensure everyone’s access to justice.
Shrestha deemed that the publication of significant verdicts and orders related to labours would be useful for relevant advocacy.
Furthermore, the CJ expressed happiness over selection and publication of the judgments deemed important from the viewpoint of new concepts and systems incorporated in the law.
On the occasion, Chairperson of Labour Court, Basudev Acharya, viewed the publication would educate various dimensions of justice delivery on labour. #Nepal
