Country records 4,369 more infected, 6,205 recovered from COVID-19 infection



KATHMANDU: Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 4,369 people in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 6,205 people have been recovered from the coronavirus in the last 24 hours. 109 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19 infection. With this the total number of people died with COVID-19 infection reached 7,272.

A total of 3,993 people have died in May itself.

It has been found that with the reduction in the number of tests, the number of new infections has decreased in the last 24 hours.

The rate of infection is still high in Nepal. Even today, the rate of infection is more than 34%. Earlier, more than 20,000 were being tested daily, but on Sunday, the number was only 12,770.
