Sunsari, Dec 17: Chairperson of the Shram Sanskriti Party and Mayor of Dharan sub-metropolis Harka Raj Rai (Sampang) has said respect of workers and country’s development should depend on labour culture.
At a programme organised by the party’s Dharan municipal committee on Wednesday, he aid that no work is small or big. All should work.
The country has not been developed as expected for not respecting labour. The labour culture can only guarantee the country’s prosperity.
“We should not insult workers and respect for all workers should be guaranteed. The country will get prime minister of workers after coming election. Development and outlet are possible only from labour culture,” argued Chair Sampang
He added, “A worker is not just someone who works with stones, shovels and pebbles. All people who earn a living by doing physical labour are workers. We all are workers. The society and nation will move ahead only if we respect labour.”
