Kathmandu, Oct 27: An earthquake has occurred centered around Lamidanda in Dolakha district.
According to the National Earthquake Measurement and Research Center in Laichaur, an earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale struck the Lamidanda area at 11:30 PM last night.
The tremors were felt in Dolakha, Ramechhap, Sindhupalchok, and other locations. Prior to this, on October 1, an earthquake centered around Jalbire in Sindhupalchok district had occurred.
Recently, there has been a series of earthquakes in Nepal. Due to its location in the Himalayas, Nepal is considered a high-risk area for earthquakes. #earthquake #nepal
