Kathmandu, April 14: Former President Bidya Devi Bhandari has urged all the political parties and elected representatives to focus on good-governance and accessible service delivery by keeping the agenda of prosperity at the centre.
In a message of the best wishes today on the occasion of Nepali New Year 2080 BS, Bhandari has stated that the dream of people for the progress could be materialized in a true sense only if the opportunities were seized in time.
