Govt. sacks DSP KC from his position

Kathmandu, July 25: The Ministry of Home Affairs on Tuesday relieved Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Thag Bahadur KC of his post.

Home Secretary Dinesh Bhattarai removed DSP KC from the Nepal Police service as per the recommendation from the Police Headquarters, Spokesperson of Nepal Police Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Kuber Kadayat said.

According to Kadayat, DSP KC was dismissed from the service of Nepal Police from Tuesday without preventing him from joining the government service in future.

KC was suspended from the post on charge of accepting bribe from a gold trader while working in Area Police Office, Butwal.
