Dhanusha, April 6: The National Human Rights Commission, Madhes Province Office has submitted its annual report for the last fiscal year 2081/82 to the Chief of Province, Surendra Labh Karna.
The Commission’s Madhes Province Office Chief, Buddha Narayan Sahni, submitted the report to Province Chief Karna in accordance with Article 294 (3) of the Constitution at a program organized in Janakpurdham today.
Receiving the report, Province Chief Karna stated that the protection of human rights is an important responsibility of the state and that the issues raised by the Commission would be seriously studied.
The report includes the information about the situation of human rights, challenges and recommendations for its improvement in Madhes Province. #nepal #rss
