Surkhet, April 10: The newly appointed Chief Minister of Karnali Province Government, Yamlal Kandel, has taken the oath of office and secrecy. Chief Minister Kandel took oath today before Karnali Chief Minister Tilak Pariyar.
Chief Minister Kandel took the oath of office and secrecy in accordance with Article 172 of the Constitution of Nepal. He was appointed as the Chief Minister on Tuesday with the support of CPN (Maoist Center), CPN (Unified Socialist) along with CPN (UML). Chief Minister Kandel has resumed office today.
Kandel, who was born in a middle-class family of Dailekh (now Gurans Rural Municipality), is currently a resident of Birendranagar Municipality-4, Surkhet. #Nepal
