Accordingly, the time set for acquiring one’s citizenship certificate is one hour, 30 minutes for organisation renewal, one hour for obtaining minor’s certificate and 30 minutes for getting the date for a case.

Likewise, the distribution of national identity card which is ready is 30 minutes and 15 minutes for passport distribution. The time has been set for other services as well and will be implemented in the near future, the DAO said.

In addition to this, an arrangement has been made to provide direct service to women with disabilities and lactating, as well as those over 65 years of age. They will not have to stand on the queue for any service.
