Kathmandu, Dec 5: The CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli visited Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba at his Maharajgunj residence today. During the meeting, Dr Arzu Rana Deuba and Radhika Shakya were also present.
According to sources, this is their first direct political meeting since the Gen Z movement on September 8 and 9, and it is being viewed with significant interest in political circles.
It is expected that the meeting will focus on the current political situation, and issues related to overall political stability in the country.
During the Gen Z movement, Deuba couple were severely tortured and admitted to hospitals after they were rescued from their house in Budhanilakantha. They also visited Singapore for further treatment. Recently, both of them returned Kathmandu.
After the Gen Z movement, Deuba handed over his active political leadership as President to Senior Vice President Purna Bahadur Khadka. #nepal #deuba #oli
