Kathmandu, March 25: Laos won today’s football match under Prime Minister’s Tri-Nations Football Match at Dashrath Stadium in Kathmandu. Laos defeated Bhutan by 2-1 goal difference.
In the third minute of the game, Bounphachan Bounkong took the lead for Laos. Also, Bhutan’s Chencho Galeson scored a goal in the 34th minute to tie the game. But in the 71st minute, Bounphachan Bounkong scored the second goal for Laos and took the lead again.
After that, there was no goal in the match. Nepal and Bhutan will meet in the final match of the group stage on Tuesday. In the first match, Nepal defeated Laos by 2-0.
