Kathmandu, July 10: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairman Rajendra Lingden has nominated party central member Kedar Bahadur Adhikari (Chitwan) for the post of Chief Secretary of the Central Secretariat.
Chairman Lingden has nominated Adhikari to that position today according to the party constitution. Adhikari is also the former secretary of the Government of Nepal.
Meanwhile, RPP has announced the concept of new RPP to further strengthen the organization and gave the responsibility of coordinator to the top leaders in all the provinces a few days ago.
Provincial coordinators have been appointed in all provinces to implement the action plans passed by the party’s central working committee and central performance committee meetings.
Vice President Roshan Karki has been given the responsibility of Koshi Province Coordinator, Buddhiman Tamang for Madhes Province, Bikram Pandey for Bagmati Province, Dhrub Bahadur Pradhan for Gandaki Province, Rabindra Mishra for Lumbini Province, Mukund Shyam Giri for Karnali Province, and Uddav Paudel for Far West Province Coordinator.
The coordinators who has received the responsibility has to complete the work of organizational strengthening within six months and submit the report to the center.
