Lumbini Chief Minister Chaudhary expands cabinet

Dang, Dec 24: The Lumbini Province government has expanded in Lumbini province after seven months. Chief Minister Dilli Bahadur Chaudhary inducted two ministers on Saturday.

Earlier, Lumbini had a seven-member cabinet including the Chief Minister. With the addition of two ministers, there is a nine-member cabinet in Lumbini, Nepal.

In the new cabinet, Krishna KC from CPN (Maoist Centre) has been given the responsibility of minister of water supply, rural and cooperative development and Saroj Thapa of Nepali Congress as minister of tourism and transport.

The newly appointed ministers will sworn in today.
