Interested authors are required to submit their article titles or outlines by September 18, 2025. The final full-length research articles, in both Word and PDF formats, are to be submitted by February 12, 2026.
The Foundation has outlined several key thematic areas for article submissions, including but not limited to:
- Nation-building and leadership
- Development and prosperity
- Political economy and governance
- Agriculture and industry
- Climate change and the environment
- Science, health, and education

Chairperson Usha Kiran Bhandari, late Madan Bhandari’s daughter, emphasized the journal’s role in promoting academic engagement and social transformation rooted in democratic values. “Together, we can help substantiate the principles of People’s Multiparty Democracy,” she stated. #MadanBhandari
