Kathmandu, Feb 21: The CPN (Maoist Centre) is set to launch the ‘Maoist Public Awareness Campaign with the People’ along the Postal Highway from Falgun 12.
During a press conference held at the party’s central office in Parisdanda on Friday, the party announced that the awareness campaign would commence on Falgun 12, focusing on the Postal Highway. Speaking at the press conference, party spokesperson Agni Sapkota stated that the campaign would begin from Kechanakawal, the lowest point in Nepal, in Jhapa and conclude on Chaitra 8 in Kanchanpur.
According to Sapkota, the campaign will focus on the problems faced by the people in the Terai region.
He added, “Our party’s chairman and deputy general secretary will also participate. A cultural team will be included in the campaign. Throughout this period, we will stay at the homes of the people.” #prachanda #maoist #nepal
