
Kathmandu, March 13: Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Arzu Rana Deuba reached New Delhi this afternoon on a visit, following her prayers at Baba Baidyanath Dham in Jharkhand, India.
Upon her arrival at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, she was welcomed by Additional Secretary of the Ministry of External Affairs of India Manu Mahawar and Nepali Ambassador to India Dr Shankar Sharma. During her visit, she is scheduled to participate in the Raisina Dialogue programme organised by The Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in New Delhi from March 17 to 19 in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs of India.
Additionally, she will address separate sessions titled “Status and Problems of Climate Change and What the South Wants” on behalf of Nepal, apart from addressing the Digital Public Infrastructure Conclave.
Moreover, Dr Rana is set to hold bilateral meetings with her Indian counterpart Dr S. Jaishankar and counterparts from other friendly countries. The Raisina Dialogue will be attended by Prime Ministers, Foreign Ministers, leaders and policymakers from various countries around the world, according to ORF.
