Kathmandu, June 12: In collaboration with the Ministry of Information and Communication, the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation has forwarded actions to remove unused and tangled electric cables in various locations in the Kathmandu Valley.
For the cleanup drive, the Ministry initially identified the problematic areas such as Tripureshwar, Kalimati, Kalanki, Jadibuti, Pepsi Cola, Lajimpat, Samakhushi Town Planning, Gongabu, Kirtipur, Old Baneshwar, Gaushala and Chabahil.
Urban beautification, improvement of public safety and mitigation of road risks are aimed by the Ministry, thereby wiping out urban eyesore. #nepal #rss
