MŌDA Yoga Festival 2026 Concludes in Lalitpur, Celebrating Wellness and Conscious Living

Lalitpur, June 21 — The MŌDA Yoga Festival 2026 concluded successfully in Lalitpur on Saturday, drawing more than 1,000 participants for a full-day celebration centered on yoga, wellness, mindfulness, music, art, and conscious living.

Organized by MŌDA Yoga Studio at Kundalini Ayurveda in Bakhundole to mark International Yoga Day, the festival featured a diverse lineup of activities including yoga sessions, wellness workshops, live performances, sound healing, and a conscious marketplace.

The event opened at 7:00 AM with a Free Community Hatha Yoga session led by the MŌDA Yoga team. Participants also joined a Free Inversion and Handstand Workshop conducted by Pijja Maharjan and team.

One of the major attractions of the festival was the Influencer Yoga, Sound Healing, and Wellness Brunch curated by Ronali Amatya and team. The session brought together wellness advocates, creators, and lifestyle influencers to encourage mindful and balanced living.

Speaking during the event, organizer Ronali Amatya said the initiative was designed as a community-driven platform promoting wellness and sustainability.

“Our intention is also to promote wellness, and we are considering declaring the coming year as the ‘Year of Wellness.’ This program is completely community-driven. We are trying to offer a premium experience completely free of charge,” she said.

She added that the festival also aimed to support local brands, artists, and entrepreneurs while inspiring healthier lifestyle choices.

From 1:30 PM onward, visitors explored the Conscious Marketplace, which showcased sustainable and wellness-oriented products from local businesses and creators across sectors including food, lifestyle, crafts, wellness, and organic products.

The atmosphere was further enhanced by live instrumental performances by Roshan Maharjan and team, creating a calm and immersive environment throughout the day.

The festival concluded with a Sunset Kirtan Concert led by Sajal Neupane and team, offering participants a spiritual closing through devotional music and collective participation.

Organizers said the festival’s broader goal was to strengthen community connection while promoting yoga, wellness, unity, and conscious living. #nepal
