Kathmandu, Feb 18: Namibia has posted a target of 275 runs before Nepal in today’s match held under ICC World Cup League-2 triangular ODI (One Day International) series.
Invited to bat first after losing the toss in the match held at Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground, Kirtipur, Namibia collected 274 runs after losing six wickets in 50 overs. Zane Green of Namibia made the highest 75 runs for Namibia.
Similarly, Sandeep Lamichhane took three wickets while Karan KC one wicket for Nepal.
Earlier, in the first match held on February 14, Nepal had defeated Namibia with two wickets.
Meanwhile, Nepal remains comfortable position securing 253 for 3 wickets. Nepal needs another 22 runs in 50 balls. Kushal Malla has scored 56 and Rohit Paudel 32 runs not out.
Earlier Aasif Sheikh scored 81 runs facing 98 balls.
