National Congress a moment to display utmost unity: Chair Oli

Kathmandu, Dec 5: Chairman of the CPN UML, KP Sharma Oli, has explained the upcoming 11th National Congress of the party as a critical moment to demonstrate utmost unity against the crises befell nationality, democracy and constitution. The UML’s 11th National Congress is beginning on December 13.

The UML has made a leading presence among people in its 77-years’ of togetherness with them for the cause of nationality, democratic system and good governance, Oli reminded in a public appeal today. Massive participation in the National Congress is therefore imperative, according to him.

The Chairman also commented that unconstitutional dissolution of the House of Representatives, ouster of people elected government, weakened rule of law and activism of anarchic groups were sheer conspiracy hatched against stability in the country.

He further argued the security, which is a prerequisite to election, is yet to be realized. “We need to restore democracy, and foil ill-efforts against nationality and constitution. The UML is holding its National Congress at such a historic moment,” Oli mentioned in the appeal. #nepal #rss
